Our client is a leading grower of Avocados, Bananas, Berries, Citrus, Table Grapes, Mushrooms & Tomatoes. Farming & distributing a number of varieties of fruit & vegetables nationally can create candidate sourcing nightmares during picking season. Direct Personnel have a proud history supplying the Horticulture & Agribusiness sectors.

We have been called upon to source labour at short notice on farms to ensure the season is successful. One of the most recent examples was Blueberry season in Coffs Harbour NSW where 40+ fruit picker, packers & farm hands were sourced.
